This page explains how to delete your account on the Mazarya app, operated by Mazarya for E-Marketing (Commercial Register No. 270733), and what is deleted and what we keep.
من التطبيقIn the app
- افتح تطبيق مزاريا وسجّل الدخول.
- اذهب إلى الملف الشخصي، ثم اضغط "حذف الحساب" أسفل الصفحة.
- اكتب اسم المستخدم الخاص بك للتأكيد، ثم اضغط "حذف الحساب نهائياً".
- Open the Mazarya app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the page.
- Type your username to confirm, then tap "Delete account permanently".
قبل الحذف يجب أن تكون محفظتك فارغة، وألا يكون لديك طلبات جارية أو طلبات إيداع أو سحب معلّقة أو مزادات مجدولة أو مباشرة. سيوضح لك التطبيق ما يلزم إتمامه.
Before you delete, your wallet must be empty and you can't have orders in progress, pending top-ups or withdrawals, or auctions that are scheduled or live. The app tells you if anything needs finishing first.
بدون التطبيقWithout the app
أرسل بريدًا إلكترونيًا إلى support@mazarya.com من البريد المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان "حذف حسابي"، واذكر اسم المستخدم. سنتحقق من أن الطلب منك ونحذف الحساب خلال 30 يومًا.
Email support@mazarya.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account", and include your username. We'll confirm the request is from you and delete the account within 30 days.
ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي نحتفظ بهWhat is deleted and what we keep
- يُحذف: اسمك واسم المستخدم ورقم هاتفك وصورتك وعناوينك وتاريخ ميلادك والمفضلة والإشعارات، وتُزال منتجاتك المعروضة للبيع. لن تتمكن من تسجيل الدخول إلى الحساب.
- نحتفظ به: سجلات الطلبات والمعاملات المالية دون اسمك، طوال المدد التي تفرضها القوانين المحاسبية والضريبية وقوانين مكافحة غسل الأموال. وإذا كنت بائعًا موثّقًا أتممت عمليات بيع، نحتفظ بمستندات التحقق من هويتك للمدة ذاتها لأغراض حفظ السجلات.
- Deleted: your name, username, phone number, photo, addresses, date of birth, favourites and notifications, and your listings for sale are taken down. You can no longer sign in to the account.
- Kept: records of your orders and financial transactions, without your name, for the periods required by accounting, tax and anti-money-laundering laws. If you are a verified seller who has completed sales, we keep your identity verification documents for the same period for record keeping.
