يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 سنة على الأقل لاستخدام مزاريا. البيع على المنصة يتطلب تحقق من الهوية بالبطاقة الشخصية المصرية قبل نشر أي قطعة. أنت مسؤول عن دقة المعلومات اللي بتقدمها وعن الحفاظ على سرية حساب الدخول.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mazarya. Selling on the platform requires identity verification with a valid Egyptian national ID before listing anything. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
مزاريا تعمل بآلية مزاد أسبوعي يبدأ كل ثلاثاء الساعة 8 مساءً بتوقيت القاهرة. يختار البائع مدة المزاد (يوم، يومين، أو 3 أيام). كل عرض (Bid) يُعتبر التزامًا ملزمًا بالشراء لو فاز المزاد. سعر الاحتياطي (Reserve Price)، إن وُجد، لا يُكشف للمزايدين، ولو لم يتحقق، لا يتم البيع ولا تُحصّل أي رسوم.
Mazarya runs on a weekly auction mechanic that opens every Tuesday at 8 PM Cairo time. The seller chooses a duration of 1, 2, or 3 days. Every bid is a binding commitment to purchase if it wins. A reserve price, if set, is never disclosed to bidders; if it isn't met, no sale occurs and no fees are charged.
المحفظة داخل التطبيق تعمل كآلية ضمان (Escrow): عند تقديم عرض، يُحجز المبلغ المقابل من رصيدك ولا يُحصّل فعليًا إلا في حالة فوزك بالمزاد. عند الخسارة، يُفرج عن المبلغ فورًا. يُفرج عن مستحقات البائع للمحفظة بعد تأكيد استلام المشتري للقطعة وانتهاء فترة النزاع (48 ساعة من التسليم).
The in-app wallet operates as an escrow mechanism: when you place a bid, the corresponding amount is reserved from your balance and only actually charged if you win the auction. If outbid, the reservation is released immediately. Seller proceeds are released to their wallet after the buyer confirms receipt and the 48-hour dispute window has passed.

تحصل مزاريا عمولة 12% من قيمة كل عملية بيع للبائع العادي، أو 8% للبائعين المشتركين في باقة Pro (299 جنيه شهريًا). لا توجد رسوم نشر. خدمة الفحص الاختيارية (Mazarya Check) تُحصّل بمقابل 60 جنيه للطلب، وهي منفصلة عن العمولة.
Mazarya charges a 12% commission on each sale for standard sellers, or 8% for sellers on the Pro plan (EGP 299/month). There are no listing fees. The optional inspection service (Mazarya Check) carries a separate EGP 60 fee per order, independent of commission.
يتم الشحن عبر شريك الخدمات اللوجستية الخاص بمزاريا. يجب على البائع تجهيز الشحنة في خلال 48 ساعة من انتهاء المزاد. التأخير المتكرر قد يؤدي إلى إنذارات (Strikes) أو تعليق الحساب.
Shipping is handled via Mazarya's logistics partner. Sellers must prepare the shipment within 48 hours of auction close. Repeated delays may result in strikes or account suspension.
للمشتري 48 ساعة من وقت التسليم لفتح نزاع لو القطعة لا تطابق الوصف. القطع التي تخضع لخدمة الفحص (Mazarya Check) تُسترد بالكامل وفورًا في حالة ثبوت عدم التطابق، حيث تتحمل مزاريا المسؤولية الكاملة. القطع غير المفحوصة تخضع لتحكيم مزاريا، وقرار مزاريا في هذه الحالة نهائي.
Buyers have 48 hours from delivery to open a dispute if an item doesn't match its description. Inspected items (Mazarya Check) are fully and immediately refunded if a mismatch is confirmed, with Mazarya bearing full liability. Uninspected items go through Mazarya's mediation process, and Mazarya's decision in that case is final.
مزاريا منصة وسيطة تربط بين البائعين والمشترين. باستثناء القطع المفحوصة عبر Mazarya Check، فإن مزاريا غير مسؤولة عن حالة القطعة الفعلية بعد التسليم، وتقتصر مسؤوليتها على الوساطة العادلة وآلية الضمان المالي.
Mazarya is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers. Except for items inspected via Mazarya Check, Mazarya is not responsible for an item's actual condition after delivery; its liability is limited to fair mediation and the financial escrow mechanism.
قد تُحدّث مزاريا هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سيتم إعلام المستخدمين بأي تغييرات جوهرية عبر التطبيق أو البريد الإلكتروني المسجل.
Mazarya may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of material changes via the app or their registered email.
